All classes for this age group are designed with beginners in mind.  Students do not need any experience to participate in our classes.  We offer levels of progression that will make children feel successful and self confident.  If students desire to take the love of their sport further, we offer optional performance and competitive teams.

 

MINI GYM:

 

Children will learn the basics of gymnastics through the use of age appropriate gymnastics equipment (uneven bars, beam, vault, and floor tumbling.)

 

Clothing Requirement:  Leotard or biketard and bare feet

 

Class Length:  One Hour

 

Class Cost:  $52 per month

 

 

BOYS GYM & TUMBLE:

 

This is a boys only class that will teach the basics of gymnastics through the use of age appropriate gymnastics equipment (high bar, parallel bars, rings, vault, and floor tumbling.)

 

Clothing Requirement:  Athletic shorts/pants and shirt and bare feet

 

Class Length:  One Hour

 

Class Cost:  $52 per month

 

 

TUMBLING:

 

This class that will teach the basics of floor tumbling utilizing mats, trampoline, spring floor, and hands on spotting by instructors.  Tumbling classes are divided into 8 different levels so that students learning to master a forward roll will feel successful and students working on advanced skills will feel challenged and rewarded as well. 

 

Clothing Requirement:  Athletic shorts/pants and shirt and bare feet or athletic shoes

 

Class Length:  One Hour

 

Class Cost:  $52 per month

 

 

FAIRY TALE DANCE (4 - 6 yrs):

Children will learn the basics of ballet, tap, and creative movement through group activities, props, dress up clothes, and age appropriate music designed to get children excited about dance. The children will learn short ballet dances from different fairy tales such as Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, Coppelia, Firebird, and more!  At the end of each month the students will perform the mini routines for their parents.  Click here to see a small preview of our dance program!

 

Clothing Requirement:  Leotard (skirt is optional), ballet shoes, tap shoes, and tights. 

 

Class Length:  45 minutes

 

Class Cost:  $47 per month

 

 

CHEER STARZ:

 

Children will learn the basics of cheerleading:  stunts, jumps, motions, dance, and tumbling.  This is a performance team that will be able to participate in our Annual Recital and Cheer & Dance Extravaganza as well as local parades.

 

Clothing Requirement:  Cheer Starz Uniform (skirt, top, briefs, and poms for $109.95)

 

Class Length:  One hour

 

Class Cost:  $57 per month

  

 

ENERGY BUSTERS:

This is a free play session (non-instructional) designed to burn off energy!  Children will be able to use our trampoline, bounce house, roller coaster, mats, props, puzzles, games, and more.

Clothing Requirement:  Comfortable clothing and bare feet

Day & Time:  1st & 3rd Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Cost:  $6 per child
